Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:
    Return shipping costs will be covered by P&B Retail LLC.
  • Change-of-mind returns:
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

     

Items must be packaged securely to avoid damage during return transit.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

     

If you have not received your refund after this period:

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
